The object of research is the concrete for designs and constructions of railways. The subject of research is the mathematical models, methods and information systems for concrete mix design and control of properties. Scientific novelty of the research results: - formal description of dependency of concrete and concrete mix properties from the composition-technological factors developed; - algorithm for determining the composition of concrete for designs and constructions of railways upgraded; - conceptual model of expert system determine the composition of concrete with specified properties created and built based on mathematical models and algorithms for solving the problem of design of concrete; - computer program "PSB UkrDAZT" designed. Program can solve the task of concrete mix design for designs and constructions of railways, which takes into account the characteristics of materials and composition-technological parameters. The software has user-friendly interface for engineers, factory workers and construction laboratories and allows to create and print the result reports.
