There were suggested the models which lead to the sudden cardiac death that was proved by the morphological investigation. As the result of experimental research there was established that the animals exposed to the psycho-emotional stress load were observed to have the most weight gain and the most significant change in the weight of stress markers that according to the literature data shows the development of pathological processes in the body, caused by stress load. There was proved that psycho-emotional stress load causes some decreased proliferative activity of cardiac hystiocytes that can lead to the cardiac failure in future as reparation abilities of the system (organ) are decreased and the load on separate cells is increased.
