The traditional way of making polymeric composite materials is associated with the injection of the special polymer fillers. However, the fillers can't improve simultaneously the whole complex of physical and mechanical properties of the PCM. While injecting large amounts of the filler, the characteristics of the polymeric material are determined both a structural change in the polymer matrix and the nature of the filler. Fillers work upon the velocity of crystallization or solidification, the temperature relaxation transitions, rheological, electrical, mechanical, magnetic, thermal, fractional and other properties. Usually, only by sufficiently high concentration of the filler can be improved the desired properties of PCM. Herewith is some improvement in properties at the expense of others. Therefore the important question is the necessity to develop the methods of modification that allow achieving in PCM useful properties without significantly increasing the concentration of fillers. Properties PCM should be regulated not only by the choice of the filler, its concentration, size and shape of the particles, but also by the orientation of the filler, the changing of its distribution in the material.
