Actual content of essential and biologically active substances has been studied in order to make information and reference databases of their chemical composition; accessibility, metabolism of the essential and biologically active substances have been established during physiological and balance experiments; obtained results have been introduced in the form of highly efficient diets, balancing additives for feeding productive livestock. When performing the studies such methods as photocalorimetric, titrometric, spectrometric, chromatographic, polarimetric have been used. Technique for determining oсhrotoxyn , aflatoxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, fuminizine, T-2 toxin ELISA using immune-enzyme method have mastered and adapted. There have been developed rations based on the chemical composition of forage crops grown on the farm of the central zone of Ukraine for the dairy cows weighing 550 kg with milk yield of 20 kg and 28 kg, for fattening bulls from 250 kg and 450 kg that have been mastered by the enterprise that specializes in production of animal products. There has been performed a production test of diets containing products of soybean processing such as extruded and exponded soybean, soybean meal for piglets in the weaned period, for fattening and growing pigs. Efficiency of balancing mineral feed additive for pigs made of a mineral concentrate enriched with trace elements contained in the following ratio: Ca - 36%, P - 12 %, Fe - 1.8 %, Zn - 0.7 %, Mn - 0.4 %, Cu- 0.12%, Co-0.02 % has been studied. The additive provides increase of accumulation of calcium by 18%, iron by 11%, zinc by 7%, copper by 7%, cobalt by 37% in the animal's body as well as average daily gains by 4%.
