To achieve this objective the following methods are used: methods of atomic and absorption spectrophotometry to determine mineral composition of feeds; method of highly distributing liquid chromatography method to determine the content of fat-soluble vitamins; general method of zootechnical analysis to establish efficiency of feed additives. Experiments have been conducted to study synergistic and antagonistic effect of fat-soluble vitamins and essential biogenic elements. Coefficients of digestibility of essential elements in broiler's body: crude protein 78%, crude fat 54%, crude fiber 33% and for 70% for BER have been determined. Investigated the availability of major nutrients in the body in broiler ration balancing vitamin and mineral feed concentrates for industrial production and developed vitamin and mineral feed additive based on mineral concentrate. The first ensures the availability of calcium along 71% of the consumed amount of the element iron - 32% Zinc - 46% Manganese - 49 % copper - 64%, Cobalt - 45%. Application of the the developed additive provides maintenance of the consumed amount of calcium - 98%, iron - 54 %, zinc - 52, Mn - 49 %, copper - 71%, cobalt - 50%. Availability of elements from the developed vitamin and mineral additive based on the mineral concentrate is better, so that broilers' supply with the elements is more adequate. It is proved by the increase of average daily gains by 3% and better physiological state of the bird. Application for a patent for the additive "Vitamin and mineral supplements for broilers based on the mineral concentrate " enriched with trace elements and vitamins according to the daily requirement of poultry broilers in the following ratio: Ca- 36% P -12 %, Fe- 0.6 %, Zn- 1.0 %, Mn - 1.6 %, Cu- 0, 013 % Co - 0, 016 %, vitamin A - 0.0144 %, vitamin D - 0.0003 %, vitamin E - 0.12%.
