Research objec-tive - development of integrated systems of non-chemical pest control and obtaining environmentally safe products. Research methods. The study was carried out according to conventional methods used in en-tomology of phytopathology and herbology. Laboratory and field method - to determine species composition and quantity (prevalence) of the main pests, diseases and weeds. Mathematical and statistical method - to establish reliability of the data. Calculative and compara-tive method - to determine yield capacity and conduct economic eval-uation of the effectiveness of measures on spring barley and soybean pest control. Theoretical and practical results. Seed treatment with bio-preparations has revealed that maximum increase of the yield (0.45-0.50 t/ha ) compared to the untreated control was received when seed was treated with the mixture of Microhumin (200 g/t ) and Bio-policyd (1.0 l/t) or Polymixobacterin 150 ml/h.n.n. combined with Microhumin, 200 g/t. In soybean crops maximum technical efficiency of biological preparations was achieved when seed was inoculated with the mixture of bio-preparations: Ryzobofit, 2.0 l/t + Biopolicyd, 1.0 l/t and Ryzobofit, 2.0 l/t + Phosphoenteryn 1.0 l / t . The yield of these variants was 2.60-2.63 t/ha. Yield increase reached 0.31-0.34 t/ha compared with the control. Conditionally net income in both crops was within 358-1135 UAH/ha. Scientific novelty - for the first time in conditions of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine there will be established features of formation of crop productivity under condition of refusal from the application of chemically-synthesized pesticides and mineral fertilizers.
