Testing of innovations in the agricultural sector of Vinnytsia region. Research objective: to develop scientifically based proposals on the enhancement of the innovative activity in agriculture of Vinnytsia region in accordance with the advanced scientific and organizational framework of testing technologies, some of their elements, varieties and hybrids of crops. Research methods: abstract and logical, systematic approach, generalization and comparison. Testing of scientific developments in the fields of farming, plant growing, livestock breeding at the farms of Vinnytsia region is performed. Under condition of the region 35 developments are tested in 2011, 39 developments - in 2012, 55 developments - in 2013. All developments that were tested had high efficiency and most of them were recommended for introduction. Over the period of 2011-2013 16 varieties of crops: 3 soybean varieties, 1 variety of pea, 1 variety of bean, 1 variety of faba bean, 2 varieties of spring vetch, 2 varieties of spring barley, 1 variety of winter triticale, 2 varieties of legumes and 3 varieties of cereal grasses were submitted for the state quality testing. Patent and market study is conducted. The results of tests are generalized and a new package of innovations with the technological, technical and economic maintenance applicable for introduction in conditions of Vinnytsia region is formed. Research results are expected to be introduced in the system of scientific institutions of the NAAS of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine as well as various forms of agricultural farms in the Forest-Steppes of Ukraine.
