Research objective: to develop scientific and organizational foundations of marketing activity, transfer of innovative products and to study the market of high technology products in various branches of agricultural production of Vinnytsia region. To work out the technology of formation and implementation of innovative business projects for the development of the regional agricultural formations. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition and systematic approach, methods of synthesis and generalization, survey. The level of competitiveness of production of the principal forage crops is estimated. The system of indicators for the assessment of the competitiveness of innovative technologies in feed production is developed and tested. Market conditions for the seed of forage crops in Vinnytsia region in 2011-2013 is investigated. The status and trends of transfer of innovations in the market of original and elite seed of the registered varieties of leguminous and cereal crops, perennial cereal and legumes grasses bred by the Institute of Feeds and Agriculture of Podillya of the NAAS and other research institutions are estimated. A pattern of making agreements on the use of intellectual property is established and advanced technology of formation and implementation of innovative business projects of the development of agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia region is improved. Introduction of the research results is expected within the system of scientific institutions of the NAAS of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine as well as various forms of agricultural farms in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.
