Research objective: development and improvement of the technology of scientific and consulting support of agricultural formations and rural population of Vinnitsa region in the development of new technologies and methods of profitable farming. Research methods: abstract and logical, systematic approach, generalization, comparison. The technology of supplying scientific, consulting and information services to the agents of agro-industrial production of the region in the development of methods of profitable farming is improved. Over the period of 2011-2013, 2663 scientific, consulting and information services were provided to the rural population and agricultural farms of Vinnytsia region. 1851 specialists got professional training in agriculture. The results of scientific and consulting services in the region are generalized. There has been formed a databank of completed scientific developments (innovations) that are recommended for mastering under soil and climatic conditions of Vinnytsia region, which includes 217 developments having patents and copyright certificates. Research results are expected to be introduced within the system of scientific institutions of the NAAS of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine as well as various forms of agricultural farms of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.
