Materials and methods: analysed results of treatment 90 patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. In the course of a complex treatment of 30 patients the immunity-oriented therapy was used. The patients were treated with recombinated interleykin-2 of man drug for the course of 14 days since the day of hospitalization. The following positive tendencies were observed: lethality decreased and suppurative complications developed less frequently; peripancreatic infiltrate had faster rates of resorbtion. Results: It is set that immune violations have a large value in pathogeny of necrotizing pancreatitis and his complications. At the use of the immunity-oriented therapy found out diminishing of lethality, decline of frequency of development of festerings complications, acceleration of resorbtion of peripancreatic infiltrate. Conclusions: An acute necrotizing pancreatitis from the first time of disease is accompanied reliable immune violations, that is clinically expressed in considerable frequency of festerings complications and sepsis. Introduction of recombinated interleykin-2 of man drug brings to the reliable diminishing of index frequencies over of festerings complications from 60% to 35% and frequencies of sepsis from 10% in control to 5% in the basic group of patients by the decline of lethality from 30% to 15%.
