Polarized-light correction. popup.stage_title Head Jelski Victor Mikolayovich, Registration Date 29-01-2014 Organization Donetsk National Medical University after named Gorky popup.description2 Research object - the dosed burn by the opened flame and antiburn medical efficiency of the polarized light. The subject of investigation - diameter and area of burn surface; expressed and dynamics of inflammatory reaction, development and dynamics of granulations and process of burn wound epithelization; functional state of the central nervous system; functional activity of the stress-realized systems: hypophysis-adrenal (HAS) (adrenocortical hormone, corticosterone) and hypophysis-thyroid (HTS) (thyrotropic hormone, triiodothyronine, thyroxin); anabolic hormones: hypophysis-gonadic (HGS) (follicle-stimulating hormone, testosterone), somatotropic hormone (STH) and insulin; immune system. Identification of burn wound morphogenesis characteristic, violations of the CNS functional state, neurohumoral regulation and immune systems at the dosed burns by the opened flame and ground of efficiency of their correction by the polarized light was a research purpose. Research methods - pathophysiological experiment; morphometric; morphological; physiology; immune-enzyme; radio-immune; immunological; statistical. New pathogenetic links of standard burn trauma by opened flame were discovered. New pathogenetic mechanisms of polarized light influence on burn trauma were investigated. Valid experimental model of burn trauma by opened flame was developed. Depth of skin alteration limitation, mechanisms of inflammation limitation, proliferation, forming of granulations and neoangiogenesis activating were discovered. The polarized light has adaptation-stimulant influence on motivational descriptions of rats. Also there were system anaesthetic, antistressing and general stimulant effects. The polarized light has high ability to activate the antinociceptive system of brain with correction of process of inflammation. The polarized light has a normalizing influence on the posttraumatic changes of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-thyroid and hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenal systems. The polarized light activate the sanogenetic mechanisms of regulation of interactions of central and peripheral links of the neuroendocrine system. Processes of inflammation modulation with a tendency to normalization of absolute amount of leucocytes (polymorphonuclear neutrophiles and monocytes) was registered. Phagocytic and humoral links activation with general phagocytic activity and individual phagocytic killing stimulation were registered. New links of the dosed burns by the opened flame pathogenesis allows to choose the most meaningful therapeutic targets for conservative treatment and prophylaxis of complications of burns. Findings about positive influence of the polarized light on the flow of burn trauma are basis for light-therapy correction at providing of medicare to a victim with a burn trauma in complex treatment, monotherapy, and also for the prophylaxis of complications and improvement of rehabilitation. The use of method of design of the dosed instantaneous burn by the opened flame at laboratory animals gave possibility to approach the experiment to the real terms of domestic and production fires. Materials are realized in the pedagogical process in departments of pathological physiology, trauma, orthopedics and surgery of the extreme situations, combustiology and the plastic surgery of Donetsk post-graduate faculty, pathological physiology of Lugansk and Crimean, physiology of Bukovina medical universities. The light-therapy correction method is realized in practice of burn clinic "V. K. Gusak Institute of urgent and recovery surgery NAMSc of Ukraine" and surgical clinics of Science Institute of trauma and orthopedics of the M. Gorky Donetsk national medical university.
