Objective: to study indices of genesis of oral cavity diseases and to create model of preventive programme for prediction and correction of dental status in children and adolescents of different groups of health. Results: the engineered criteria of prediction of oral cavity diseases have been helped to start timely the execution of complex preventive programme for children subject to age-related features and general somatic status. That programme had been directed to correction of dental health. The importance of social markers in the planning time of treatment and prognosis of oral cavity diseases and high information value of examination data have been grounded for the first time. The electronic base with maximal accounting of anamnestic, clinical and laboratorial data, medical methods and its efficacy had been created with the aim of subsequent use of that information in generation of artificial neural networks for improvement of compex special medical care of children and adolescents of different groups of health. The period of cure and regular medical check-up of children with dentofacial diseases had been reduced due to predicting and early detection of oral cavity diseases in children and adolescents of different groups of health.
