The purpose of research - development of new methods of liquid-phase connection of various materials for the production of flat bimetallic products and composite materials. Research methods included metallographic and micro X-ray spectral analysis, mechanical testing, wear resistance testing, physical and mathematical modeling, natural experiments. New hybrid laser-casting and foundry-plasma methods of obtaining qualitative bimetallic and multilayer products have been proposed. Critical energy ranges of parameters of generation required temperature field on the surface and in depth of blank were determined. A method for producing of the melt suspension by the laser treatment in the casting installation has been developed. Speeds immersion, deposition or floating particles in a liquid medium depending on their density, diameter and the melt viscosity were determined. Casting - laser method of producing cast composite at which is realized a continuous process of forming of the suspension melt in mixing reactor and pouring it into a metal mold have been proposed. State and behavior of the liquid in mixing reactor at pneumatic impact and superposition of centrifugal forces was investigated.
