A thermodynamic analysis of the thermochemical recycling of municipal solid waste (MSW) in the second approximation has been done with experimentally determined optymal recycling process. There have been designed and started production of a continuous operation unit. There has been created an algorithm and a program, with which there was upgraded Analog chromatograph ХЛ-6, followed by computer processing of the results of gas analysis and the ability to create a distributed data acquisition system with the aim of scalability for industrial waste treatment cycle . The technology has been tested in the analysis of calibration gas mixtures produced according to the standards of the Ukrmetrteststandard and then in the laboratory experiments. The tests have revealed some advantages over chromatograph Agilent (USA), including additional software unit calculating caloric gas mixture, as well as a significant reduction in the time of the analysis.
