Numerical solutions of certain problems are received and their analyses are made. Approaches for diagnoses of piecewise-homogeneous materials and structure elements are developed. Distribution of temperature fields and zones of thermo-deformational influence in the welds of aluminum plates of different thickness under electron-beam welding with various thermal energies of welding sources are investigated. Mathematical models for experimental-calculated determination of triaxial residual stresses distribution under mentioned welding conditions are developed.
