Aim: to identify the immunological mechanisms of T1DM pathogenesis from latent to clinical period of its development using islet autoantibodies (GADA and IA-2A). Methods and equipment: general, biochemical, hematological, radioimmunological, ELISA, cytological, flow cytometry, spectrophotometry, statistical parametric and nonparametric. Microscope Axiostar plus, laser cytometry FACStar plus, counter GAMMA 5500 B, vertical beam spectrophotometer Star fax-3200. Theoretical and practical results. The obtained results for determine DAA allow to optimize methodological approaches to identify the earliest immunological markers of T1DM beginning even in healthy individuals. Novelty. Developed and patented method of determining the stages and their duration in preclinical development of T1DM in children and adolescents with hereditary burdened. The advantage over existing counterparts. Using the proposed method allows to predict the time of clinical manifestation of T1DM, i.e. the duration of preclinical stage and identify early and late stages of preclinical development.
