Complex atypical hyperplasia showed reliably higher level of expression of apoptotic markers bcl-2, caspase-3 and p21WAF then simple atypical hyperplasia. There were also found the increased level of р53, р21WAF, caspase-3 and the decreased expression of inhibitor of apoptosis bcl-2 at adenocarcinoma of endometrium. For the first time the predictive histochemical and immunohistochemical features of probable progression of the major types of liver fibrosis were substantiated. It was proved for the first time that proliferation of perisinusoidal stellate cells and appearance of new generations of liver alfa-SMA+ fibrogenic stellate cells played important role in progression of perisinusoidal-centro-lobular liver fibrosis as well as progression of porto-septal fibrosis depended on immunocellular liver distruction, appearance of new active septas and activated alfa-SMA+ fibroblasts. It was showed by immunohistochemical analyses of liver biopsies that production of matrix metalloproteinase MMP-9 and its tissue inhibitor TIMP-1 not only by perisinusoidal stellate cells and macrophages but also by hepatocytes and lymphocytes of immunocellular infiltrates was increased in liver fibrosis at patients with HCV. Histochemical and immunohistochemical research revealed new data about stable and active liver cirrhosis and main pathomorphological pathways of liver cirrhosis progression and decompensation. For the development of pancreas fibrosis gradation and optimal treatment there were established immunohistochemical indicators for colagenase MMP-9 and its tissue inhibitor TIMP-1 expression and markers of pancreas fibrosis (alfa-SMA, Collagen IV) in biopsies and sectional matherial of the pancreas of patients with chronic pancreatitis. There were found features of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression in different cells of pancreas at chronic fibrosis-indurative pancreatitis with fibrosis of the pancreas. For the first time were described main histological types of hepatocellular carcinoma at patients with chronic viral hepatites based on 10-year clinical-pathomorphological monitoring of liver biopsies. It was proved that expression of HBcAg and HBsAg was the strongest evidence of the link between liver cancer and HBV. Absence of immunocellular "stepped and bridging" necroses and lack of alfa-SMA+ cells in perisinusoidal spaces and portal tracts of the liver as well as stable level of liver fibrosis were estimated as signs of the remission of chronic viral hepatitis. For the development of pathomorphological conception of the perifocal critical zones at stable and progressive ischemic infarction of the brain and for the development of the advanced intensive therapy scheme the electron-microscopic and ultracytochemical analyses of the brain tissue of rats with the model of cerebral ischemic infarction were hold as well as immunohistochemical analysis of the expression of apoptotic markers (Bax, caspase-3) in the zone of ischemic "penumbra" at patients with ischemic brain stroke.
