Conducted the production of new samples of magnesium-based alloy ML-10 with silver's micro additives to prolong the resorption of the material. When testing terms resorption new doped alloy, it is established that it is enough for regeneration fracture and manufacture of this material metal fixation for osteosynthesis of fractures of bones. As a result of experimental morphological study found that use for osteosynthesis of fractures of magnesium alloy (ML-10), modified with silver, not violated the reparative regeneration of bone tissue, not causes inflammation, and does not differ from the typical process of fractures healing. On the basis of the toxicological analysis for effect of products resorption of magnesium-based alloy, doped with silver, not evidence of endogenous intoxication. Conducted the registration of specific and nonspecific symptoms of intoxication for the study of biological safety of the products of biodegradation magnesium implants, results indicate the absence of toxic effects of the products of biodegradation of the investigated alloy of magnesium-based. Developed the implants for osteosynthesis and fixation of tendon and ligament to the bone from the proposed magnesium-based alloy.
