It has been established, that in the case of 3- hydroxy substituted BD Ilum of their terbium complexes increase in the presence of the anionic surfactants (AS) with formation of ternary complexes Tb (III) - BD - AS = 1: 1: 2 and Tb (III) - BD - AS = 1: 2: 1 (excess reagent). Highly sensitive luminescent methods for determination of lorazepam and temazepam have been developed on the base of the new analytical forms - ternary terbium (III) complexes with 1,4- benzodiazepines derivatives. Spectral-luminescent properties of ions Tb (III) complexes with a number of new derivatives of 2-oxo-4-hydroxyquinoline-3-carboxylic acid amides (L1-4) have been investigated. It has been found the possibility of using complexes Tb(III)-L1-4 as fluorescent probes for determination of binding constants DNA with several bis-(alkylaminoalkoxy)-2,7-dioxyfluorenones which have antiviral properties.
