The purpose of work is development of offers on ecological safety of a cement production technological process on an incomplete cycle with water veils for decrease in concentration of a dust in air. Research methods are based on the analysis and numerical modeling of ensuring ecological safety. Practical results are the worked out scientific bases (mathematical algorithms) and technique of modeling of processes of the ecological danger caused by dustiness at unloading and loading the dusting materials are developed; modeling of process of creation of the multiphase disperse structures used in systems of ensuring ecological safety is carried out; control systems of ecological safety with use of multiphase disperse structures are offered.
