Purpose of the study - regularity of toposelective distribution and temporal organization of the spatial synchronization and desynchronization of biopotential , local and generalized activity of the cortex of the human brain , the amplitude and temporal characteristics of potential brain -related events. The aim of the project was to study the phenomenology, neurophysiological mechanisms and systems of interaction of sensory ( auditory and visual) and motor (manual reciprocal coordination )of components using stable sensorimotor activity. Using the integrated methodological approach (EEG and EMG ) the features of the functioning of brain and distal hand muscles during performance of manual fine movements in response to sensory stimulus in individuals with high and low background ?- frequency have firstly showed. For the first time the method using specific background surface EMG parameters of hand muscles as prognostic criteria of mobility and balance nerve processes has offered. Characteristics of assimilation imposed rhythm, dynamic activity of cortical areas of hemispherical coherent interactions during perception and manual reproduction examinees mono and polyphonic accented rhythmic sequenceshave displayed. The features of brain functioning during the maintenance process of rhythmcreation examined in right- and left-side of the profiles sensorimotor asymmetry have demonstrated. A methodology for evaluation of rhythm on indicators of background EEG has proposed. The current understanding of the role of existing laterality execution of manual movements and such important biological factors as sex survey , on the features of brain function during sensory perception and manual motor activity. Results of the study have important meaning for enriching of information base performance standards for such industries as correctional pedagogy , psychology , neurology , physical rehabilitation and medicine.
