Object of study - surface and underground waters of the Southern Crimea. Purpose - to develop the proposals on solving the water-supply problem in Crimea, reducing the impact of severe weather events in the region. The cape Aya grottoes' contribution interrelation into the total submarine fresh waters incoming volume on the basis of complex hydrological and hydrooptical observations of 2013 taking into account the seasonal characteristics is estimated; On the basis of in-situ research data of submarine fresh waters output in the coastal zone the numerical experiments with three-dimensional non-hydrostatic model, the situations of the fresh water lenses spreading(distribution) are worked out depending on background thermohaline sea waters' stratification and the fresh water sources' location. The atmospheric circulation modeling for synoptic situations with extreme precipitation-level in the region of Southern Crimea is performed. The reconstruction of the extreme floods events in the Southern Crimea region on the basis of atmospheric circulation and stream flow models with high spatio-temporal resolution is undertaken. To make recommendations on natural resources' rational using and conservation, estimations of prospective river Belbek waters' in Kamyshlovsk reservoir reservation in the middle and extreme water-supply years is made. The keywords: SUBMARINE FRESH WATER OUTPUT, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, WATER SUPPLY, ATMOSPHERIC CIRCULATION MODEL, HYDRAULIC MODEL OF CATASTROPHIC FLOODS, 3-DIMENSIONAL NON-HYDROSTATIC MODEL.
