The obtaining compounds are investigated by means of methods of the x-ray phase analysis (XRD), infra-red spectrometry (IR), differential thermal analysis (DTA/DSC) and electronic microscopy. Phosphates powders with cesium Na1-xCsxZr2 (PO4)3, where x=0,25, 0,5, 0,75, 1, are obtained by sol-gel method. It is shown, that at inclusion of cesium up to 50 wt. % NZP compounds remain single-phase. By calculation of energy-release limit of 137Cs in matrix NZP, in comparison with energy-release vitrified high-level waste (HLW), the measure of replacement of sodium on cesium was determined ~ 0,1 (2,75 wt.%). Inclusion of simulators of stillage bottoms LRW and КЕ Basin sludge in a single-phase phosphatic matrix of structure NZP is executed. The limiting measure of inclusion in quantity <30 wt. % for stillage bottoms and <10 wt. % for HLW КЕ Basin sludge is found.
