Methodology of growing of the carbon catalytic fiber in a form of the volume oriented shapes is offered. The shapes have specific fibers' content 0,02 g/ cm?and fibers density 1,89-1,97g/cm?, that exceeds the density of the traditional industrial PAN carbon fibers. Methodology of growing of the samples in a form of a toroid with diameter 130 mm and receipt of reinforcing structures with the necessary sizes by assembling of such toroids on the central mounting-heater is offered Expediency and perspective of the use of catalytic carbon fibers as a fillers for creation of new pure composition materials with pyrocarbon matrix are shown. New methodology of vacuum-thermal purification of carbon fibers with the use of natrium chloride (salt) as the activator is offered. It is experimentally confirmed that the use of such methodology allows to promote efficiency of processes of purification and/or decrease the temperature of process and, accordingly, its power consumption.
