Based on immediate and long-term results of the operated patients there was proved high efficiency of the use of reparative surgery and the necessity of its further use. There were implemented and successfully used mini-invasive endoscopic methods of diagnosis and treatment of the diseases and posttraumatic complications of the chest wall organs (videothoracoscopy, videomediastinoscopy, laser, electrosurgical and mechanical methods).
