To study the existing condition of the problem of using adjuvant drugs and to develop forms, regulations, clinical protocol of the use of adjuvant and symptomatic drugs in palliative and hospice medicine. There was presented and critically analysed current international regulatory and legal framework of the use of drugs and effective regulatory documents in Ukraine. There were detected disadvantages in the provision of palliative patients with narcotic (opioid) analgesics and adjuvant drugs in Ukraine. There were sent suggestions to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine concerning the development of palliative and hospice care and the improvement of accessibility of patients to the modern effective drug dosage forms of analgesics and adjuvant drugs of different pharmacological groups.
