There were investigated different modes of preconditioning to the controlled stimulation of ovulation using clomiphene citrate. There was studied the characteristics of hormonal and immune status of the peripheral blood in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility (TPI) of inflammatory genesis. The effectiveness of reproductive function regeneration was evaluated following clomiphene citrate and-endosurgical stimulation of ovulation in women with hyperandrogenic chronic anovulation. An integrated system of differentiated postoperative rehabilitation of women with TPI of inflammatory genesis depending on the state receptivity of the endometrium was developed.
