There were developed and improved well-known contemporary most informative methods of early diagnosing and treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract and ear in children. There were developed new bipolar power tools: bipolar adenotomes with endoscope, bipolar coagulation device with endoscope, bipolar electric scalpel, bipolar rasparator, bipolar electric devices for surgery, which have no analogues in Ukraine and abroad. A method of endoscopic microsynusotomy was developed and relevant devices were designed. Clinical and microbiological studies proved the feasibility of electric technologies in endoscopic operations on ENT-organs in children. The introduction of the developments in clinical practice has allowed considerable improving of surgeons' working conditions, shortening the duration of treatment, avoiding bleeding or reducing blood loss during surgery.
