To study certain relevant constituents of the pathogenesis of acute abdominal diseases; to improve diagnostics and to develop new methods and tactical approaches to the treatment. The use of systemic-regional complex during intraoperative intestination was accompanied by the reduction of contamination of v-portae basin. Studying efficiency of infusion correction of different basins of the blood-stream showed significant advantages of regional introduction of health aids that have positive effect and lead to the reduction of the intensity of bowel destruction providing corrected hypotension. The improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm in surgical treatment of patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction promoted the reduction in the number of relaparotomies from 10% to 1.63% and the reduction of mortality in patients by half and was accompanied by the reduction in the number of postoperative regional complications.
