To develop a system of differential evaluation of social functioning of patients with various types of mental pathology at the final stage of inpatient treatment for determining medical and rehabilitation outpatient measures regarding prophylaxis, chronification and relapse of mental disorder manifestations. There was developed a system of differential diagnostic evaluation of patients with different types of mental disorders for improving inpatient and outpatient treatment and rehabilitation. There were developed diagnostic and treatment programs for functional diagnosis in case of mental disorders, as well as at borderline mental disorders in children. There was prepared an algorithm to define the principles for evaluation of patients functioning on the background of multilateral evaluation and adaptive-compensatory capacity of the patient and his environment.
