To develop up-to-date training programs for emergency medical care for the population of Ukraine in emergency situations and introduce them into health care system. There were studied modern methods of development of training programs "The technique of competent programmed development, which is used for training, including health professionals". Using this method there were developed 7 training curricula on emergency medical care for the injured in case of emergencies by nurses and specialists without medical education, and one program for training emergency medical care and a program on emergency medical care at the chemical emergency situations for professionals without medical education.
