To improve diagnosis and results of surgical treatment of anterior abdominal wall and the abdominal organs through the development and introduction of new methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment. There was developed an alloplasty selection algorithm at postoperative huge and giant abdominal hernias. Separation technique of anatomical components of abdominal wall combined with alloplasty and treatment of postoperative wound complications reduces the incidence of abdominal compartment syndrome from 7.1% in the comparison group to 0.6% in the main group (p <0.001), respectively seroma - from 15.5% to 4.8% , chronic infiltrate -from 4.8% to 2.4%, fistulae of the anterior abdominal wall - from 4.2% to 0.6%, chronic pain - from 7.1% to 1.2%, relapse - from 5 0 4% to 6% (p <0.001).
