The aim - development of indications and contraindications and restrictions on the use of complex techniques neurophysiological and neuropsychological testing (NPT-CEP) cognitive function in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia on the stages of surgical and rehabilitation treatment. Methods. Clinical and neurological; MRI, ultrasonography (US) cerebral blood flow; neuropsychological testing (NPT), computed EEG mapping, registration equipment P300 statistical analysis. Results. The complex method of neurophysiological and neuropsychological tests of cognitive function (method NPT-CEP) in patients with watermark on stage surgical and rehabilitation treatment. It was established that the use of the developed method NPT-CEP, provides an objective assessment of pathological changes mental and intellectual abilities of the patient, memory, speech, occupational adaptation in the postoperative period and in neoperovanyh patients after a course of rehabilitation treatment. Proven link between the results of NPT-performance ultrasound equipment and cerebral circulation. Studies shows and limitations to the use of the developed method of testing cognitive function in NPT-CEP patients with stenotic lesions vessels of brain proved the feasibility of using NPT-CEP to select differentiated (individualized maximum) rehabilitation treatment and monitoring the effectiveness of recovery of cognitive functions.
