Most of these genes was shown for the first time in kidney carcinogenesis. The NotI-microarrays data were confirmed by bisulfitne sequencing. It was shown that methylation of chromosome 3 genes (especially short arm) is a frequent event in CCRCC. Expression analysis with Q-PCR for 6 genes with high frequency M / D also showed high (20-92%) reduction in expression. For one of them, ALDH1L1, there was a positive correlation between the decrease in mRNA levels and disease stage for CCRCC and papillary carcinoma. The results allow us to assume that the established panel on the basis of these 6 genes will allow to detect CCRCC in a kidney biopsy material with an accuracy of 87%.
