Sufficient for further research was recognized antibody dilution of 1:10. It was also shown that this research doesn't need any further dilution of the test material (cultivation medium). According to the previously selected conditions, HYAL2 antigen detection was performed in different types of biological fluids: cultivation medium, healthy human plasma, human plasma from patient with renal tumor and human plasma from patient with prostatitis.
