Also the expression of some genes which changed expression in response to interferon in many cell types was examined. According to preliminary data of ?-Sma and Gre1 gene expression, mouse fetal fibroblasts have signs of MSC-like cells and their use as a model to study the interaction between stromal cells / tumor cells may be promising. The possibilities of usage of the mouse fetal fibroblast transduced with baculovirus vectors contained human interleukin 21 and mouse ?-interferon genes and also recombinant baculovirus with above named target genes for tumor growth inhibition in vivo were shown. It was found, that "vector" cells (fetal fibroblasts) transduced with recombinant baculovirus are more effective in comparison with recombinant baculovirus themselves in anticancer therapy of Lewis adenocarcinoma and mouse melanoma. Interferon-?, which was synthesized by transduced fibroblasts completely inhibited cell proliferation in vivo and adenocarcinoma tumors didn't occur in experimental animals.5481 Product Description popup.authors Анопрієнко О.В.
