In particular,: dynamical character of cjherent and diffuse scattering from various types of defects in all layers of systems are carried out , as well as multitimes of cjherent scattering between layers; quantitative modeling of maps of reciprocal spacies are carried out for monocrystal films of ferrum-ytriy granet on Gd-Ga substrate. Using analytical expresions for differential distribution of intensity of diffuse and coherent scattering with taking into account anisotropy of displacement fields from various types of defects provided a posibility of map analyse for various types of crystal structures with defects. Self-consistent discription of cjherent and diffuse parts of a dynamical pattern of Bragg-diffraction permit to carry out quantitative analyse of whole reciprocal space maps.
