It was determined pH dependence of magnetit effect when it was combined with alternating magnetic field. The influence of MF pH on its effects was shown. The dependence of distribution of magnetit nanoparticles from MF dose injected into tumor was determined. The enhancement of neutrophiles and macrophages number in tumor after MF administration was shown. It indicates the development of inflammatory reaction. The preliminary preclinical investigations of manganite MF was performed.
