Purpose of work - the creation of complex system of sheep re-productive process regulation that includes improved means and methods for increasing of ewes and ram reproduction, and the studying of biological features of sexual organs physiology, mechanisms of influence of endogenic and exogenic factors on sheep organism as a whole and on reproductive functions in particular. Methods of research - the biochemical analysis of blood; the cytological analysis of vaginal smears; the analysis of sperm physical parameters; the cytological analysis of spermatozoa; the analysis of sperm physiological parameters; the estimation of ewe reproductive traits; the data statistical and cor-relative analysis; the dialectic and comparative methods of data analysis. It had been created the complex system of sheep reproduction regulation based on studying of physiological parameters of sexual organs under normal condition and its variation affected endogenic and exogenic factors, the improvement of making method and estimation of biological influence of the sheep placenta preparation on adult sheep and lambs, the improvement of presents and the working out of new ways of increasing of ram sperm cry-oconservation method efficiency. The results of research had been installed in the Experimental Farm "Ascania-Nova" with economical effect 15-20 hrv. for one animal on year.
