Influence of hydrogen index and process temperature studied by means of mathematical models. Existing methods for output calculation and optimization of biogas installation operation were analyzed. The algorithm of biogas installation calculation was developed applying method of fuzzy logic. Existing methods of engineering calculations of producer gas generator were regarded and mathematical model of biomass gasification process in inverse type gas generator was developed. Energy and economic efficiency of the first generation motor biofuels production were analyzed; the feasibility of transition to non-food raw materials and waste at biofuels production was substantiated.
