The fine structure of the distributions of elements of orbits for the Solar System small bodies has been research. The nature and properties of stable orbits of the small bodies of the Solar System were identifed. We have found new knowledge about the evolution of orbits of the NEA and the NEC. The new model of the formation of the meteor streams and associations in the Solar System has been proposed.
