The description of spatial movement and dynamic deformation of bodies with conjugate field characteristics are presented and mathematical models of wave gyroscope with piezosensor elements were created. A sample of inclinometer module based on micromechanical wave gyroscope of Bryan's ring type is developed. The experimental data of gyroscopic deviation survey and profiling on a plot hole with a large curvature were obtained for bench testing.
