Appropriate formalization of the language of science is intended to reflect more adequately the complication of cognitive processes. Means of achieving the necessary adequacy is computerization of scientific researches, which is implemented through the concept of presentation of the knowledge. It is proved that the application of intentional systems of logic and semantics, unlike extensional approach, that are used in the existing today systems of representation of knowledge, allows to solve the problems of illustration of the sense and meaning of the terms and assertions of the language of science. The theory of mental processes that is developing in this approach allows to ground the processes of explication of ontological assumptions of scientific theory. It is revealed the increasing role of the theoretical schemes in scientific thinking, that is connected, first of all, with the mathematization of the knowledge, part of which is a formalization of theories. This process is the basis of the creation of the computer programs for simulation of processes in the universe. The language used for the formalization of the knowledge, largely determines horizons of obtained knowledge. This classic statement of the problem beginning from Kant, is transformed now into the problem of the role of expressive possibilities of formal languages to obtain the knowledge. Topical today dilemma between the use of relatively rich languages (in this case the «theoretically loaded fragments of knowledge is obtained and of the relatively poor languages (with the loss of objective datas) leads to the problem of the adequate representation of knowledge and, consequently, to the search of criterias of adequacy of languages in terms of their expressive opportunities.
