Developed is an analytical model of this process. Analytical investigation of the process of fragmentation in plates with varying thickness ("lenses") is realized. Developed are computer methods for simulation of fragmentation processes in plates and "lenses" for establishment of the distribution of the fragment sizes by numerical method.
