The method of solving problems of the project - an integrated programming and versatile software control channel standard equipment. Equipment - computers, oscilloscopes, frequency meters, digital meters, digital multimeters, tools and more. A set of tools that make up the new technology to develop mobile systems based on integrated programming is proposed. A universal firmware for intelligent information-measuring systems using modern tools of telecommunication is developed. It is based on integrated programming with the use of mobile Internet. The system allows transferring images from a place protected object on a mobile phone. The novelty of the work is based on the use of new methods to solve applied problems of remote monitoring and control through the use of new innovative ideas and concepts of programming and an integrated control channel universal software standard equipment. System is implemented. It passed trial exploitation at various sites and showed high operational performance, manufacturability and low cost of production.
