The Object of research are links between arrays of sensor controls of separate intellectual agents, a control system of separate intellectual agents, system of upgrade of the program of separate intellectual agents, and also link in group between separate intellectual agents at solution of difficult, multiplane tasks. The project purpose - development of scientific and technical bases of creation of a highly reliable intellectual control system by group of multipurpose intellectual agents. Bases are understood as a collection of methods, program and hardware solutions which allow to estimate possibility of its performance according to a task in view. Practical result. And drawings programs are developed for development and manufacture of experimental samples and a batch production of transceivers ISM of a range of 2,4 GHz and controlling 32 bit ARM microcontrollers which allow to construct a radio network and to exchange the data on distance to 400 m at the minimum power consumption. This radio network can be used for the various distributed devices and systems. Concrete implementation - intellectual system of agents of safety and handle of "the reasonable house" with speech handle (ISS-12). Novelty is confirmed by 2 patents of Ukraine, 4 scientific articles and patent application of Ukraine.
