Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of surgical procedures aimed at improving the quality of life in patients with malignant tumors of the uterus, by developing methods to prevent complications of combined treatment. Methods: clinical, laboratory, ray , endoscopy , instrumental, pathomorphological and statistics .The main group of complications in the treatment of malignant tumors of the uterus: lymphaticdrainage , urological , systemic disorders due to surgical menopause, thrombotic , risk factors for their occurrence. Implementation of multimodal applications FTS covers preoperative preparation, operative technique features, postoperative care for patients. The department of oncogynecology implemented method of extended nerve- sparing hysterectomy in patients with invasive cervical cancer. Preliminary results confirm the promise of selected research areas: fewer complications associated with treatment , managed to maintain reproductive function in patients, to improve quality of life.
