Purpose - to examine the immediate results of treatment patients with LABC for developed and advanced techniques. Research Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, radiological , statistical , mammography apparatus "Simens", ultrasound apparatus "Aloka", angiographic apparatus "Philips BV Pulsera". Analyzed the direct results of treatment of patients with LABC using standard and advanced techniques neoadjuvant PCT. Comparative analysis of the results indicates suspicion advantages of the modified chemo-radiotherapy and selective intra arterial chemotherapy (IAPCT) compared to standard systemic chemotherapy. It was determined that to obtain objective clinical and morphological effects should take place at least 3 courses of systemic chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy modified or selective intra arterial chemotherapy . It was established that the use of the treatment neoadjuvant PCT LABC possible to achieve an objective response to treatment more than 48,7 % of patients. Adding sessions to neoadjuvant PCT mahnitotermiyi in patients with LABC allowed to significantly increase number of cases of complete regression of metastatic lymph nodes affected by 6% ( p < 0.05). These preliminary positive results of treatment of patients with breast cancer by the developed techniques indicate their prospects and feasibility of further studyp.
