The aim is to perfect and modernize the morphological diagnosing of ovaric new growth with the set of modern cytological and hystological methods of investigation. The methods and equipment:pathologoanatomical, hystological, cytogenetical, immunohystochemical and statistical; microscopes OLYMPUS - CX21, CX41, BX41, Nikon Eclipse 80, centrifuges. The result of investigation: the quantitative and qualtitative composition has beep studied, the cytogenetical peculiarities of non-malignant ovaric tumours after the data of scrapes from operated tumours. The basic differentiative diagnostical cytological criteria of particular hystological types of non- malignant tumours (serous and mucenous cystadenomes, cystadenofibromes, fibromes, endometriodical cysts and teratoidical ovaric tumours) have been defined. The morphofunctional types of nuclear organizors in the ovaric non-malignant cells showing the level of nucleaproteidnical metabolism have been determined. The immunohystochemical peculiarities of serous ovaric cystodenomes have been studied. The cytogenetical examination of malignant ovaric cells after the material of ascitic fluid has been held. To find out the complex of cytological signs and differentiative criteria of malignant and non-malignant new growths it is reasonable to hold on scientific investigation.
