The initial orientations of the beam in respect of the domain boundaries (DB), corresponding to the extreme deflection of the scattered electrons, have been found for different particle energies and SDS parameters. The energy dependence of the critical angle for surface channeling along the DB of the SDS has been found as well. The analytical expression for this angle as a function of parameters of a system of film with the SDS and the beam has been derived. This expression is in good consistence with the results of numerical experiments. The beam initial orientations for electrons scattering of a TMF with hexagonal magnetic bubble lattice, resulting in orientational effects for different initial energies, have been determined. The equations of the Fokker-Planck type for the DB distribution function, considering the interaction of the magnetization with thermal oscillations in a defects subsystem, have been derived in a framework of adiabatic exception of fast variables. A steady state of the domain structure in films with randomly distributed small defects has been found. The spectral density of magnetic noise in a TMF with random point defects has been determined. A mutual dependence between spectral density of magnetic noise, DB resonance frequency and coercivity field of the material has been elucidated.
